Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@urztrade.co.uk, including your order number and, where applicable, photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
