Refund policy
1. Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@urztrade.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Returns should be sent to:

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you within 3 business days of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@urztrade.co.uk.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@urztrade.co.uk so we can resolve the issue.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please mention this when requesting a return.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new one free of charge.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Beauty or personal care products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items or gift cards
- Opened topical patches or used beauty devices (unless defective)
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing support@urztrade.co.uk.
After this period, our standard return policy applies.
